Lüneburg, 7. Februar 2024 – With effect from February 7, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Werum Software & Systems AG has appointed Mr Hendrik Bohlen as a member of the Executive Board. Mr Bohlen has been working for Werum for 25 years in different positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was Head of Technology and in charge of many important cross-departmental task areas.

He succeeds Mr Ralf Günther, whose wish it is for personal reasons and in agreement with the Supervisory Board to recede from his position as member of the Executive Board. However, Mr Günther with his many years of experience and in-depth knowledge will stay with Werum and assume other important functions.

We would like to seize this opportunity and thank Mr Günther for his strong commitment and his valuable, successful work in the Executive Board over the past 5 years. Filling various positions in his more than 25 years of working with Werum, Mr Günther has played a decisive role in shaping our company and has contributed greatly to our success with his profound specialist knowledge, his organizational skills and, last but not least, his levelheaded and integrative personality.

Mr Christian Sommer and Mr Carsten Stein are continuing their activities in the Executive Board.
