Lueneburg, 07 February 2019 – As from 07 February 2019 the Supervisory Board of Werum Software & Systems AG has appointed Mr Ralf Günther as member of the Executive Board. Mr Günther has been working with Werum for more than 20 years in positions involving increasing degrees of responsibility. In his most recent position as Head of Programs he was in charge of the operational execution of all customer projects and the advancement of Werum's platforms and frameworks.

He succeeds Mr Thomas Menge, who retires from his appointment as member of the Executive Board for private reasons in mutual agreement and on the best of terms with the Supervisory Board. He is staying with Werum in a different capacity, though, and continues to be on hand with help and advice.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for Mr Menge's commitment in the past five years and his distinctive way of "leading with empathy".
