Werum Software & Systems AG Supervisory Board changes
On 12 November, the shareholders of Werum Software & Systems AG elected a new Supervisory Board at their Annual General Meeting - unanimously and without abstentions.
The previous Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Thomas Menge from Adendorf, is handing over to Lars Windauer, a computer scientist who lives in Berlin. Professor Thomas Frischgesell from Lüneburg will remain on the board. Business economist Tobias Twesten, who has worked for Werum for almost ten years as a sales and business consultant, is a new member of the board.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Menge for his great commitment and his valuable and successful work as Chairman of the Supervisory Board over the past years.
The Supervisory Board has been elected for the next five years and will supervise the work of the Management Board of Werum Software & Systems AG on behalf of the shareholders.
