Below, we inform you in compliance with art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about the extent to which we collect personal data when our website is called and the purposes for which we process them.

Storage period and criteria for storage period definition, if appropriate
The data are stored in our log files for a maximum period of one year from acquisition for the above purposes. On expiry of this period, they are deleted.
Right to deletion, objection and correction
Acquiring the data in order to provide the website and storing the data in log files is mandatory for operating the webpage. Therefore, there is no way for users to claim deletion, objection or correction.
2.2 Contact form / download information
Our website offers forms (contact and download) to request electronic contact support.
Personal data
When using these forms, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. These data include first name, last name, e-mail address, specification of your inquiry and the information you provide in the comment field.
Purposes and legal basis for processing
The data are exclusively used for contact support purposes. The data will not be passed on to any third party in this context. Legal basis for contacting the user is the user's consent according art. 2 par. 1 lit. a GDPR. Should your contact inquiry be necessary to initiate or perform a contract, the data are processed according to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Storage period and criteria for storage period definition, if appropriate
Your data will be processed within the scope of contacting you and will be deleted on purpose abolition, i.e. if the circumstances indicate that the case concerned is conclusively resolved. In addition to this, you have the option to revoke your consent and to request the deletion of your data.
Right to deletion, objection and correction
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time and request deletion of the data. In such a case, continuation of the conversation is not possible. All personal data that were stored in the context of contacting you will be deleted in this case.

There are various rights you have regarding our handling your personal data, among others the right to information about the specific personal data stored or the right to correction, processing limitation, data transferability, objection or deletion of your data. In case of any questions regarding the enforcement of your rights, please send a written request to our Data Protection Officer.
4. Right to file complaints with the regulatory authority
You have the right to file a complaint with the following regulatory authority if you are of the opinion that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws: Commissioner for Data Protection for the German state of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstrasse 5, 30159 Hanover.
5. Validity and update of the data privacy statement
As a result of advancing our website or implementing new technologies, it may become necessary to modify this data privacy statement with effect for the future. We advise you to have a look at the currently valid data privacy statement.
